At First Heritage Federal Credit Union, during this continually changing environment, our priority has always remained steadfast, to serve and support our members and staff in the safest possible manner. As our communities begin to slowly re-open during the COVID-19 pandemic, our aim is to act with an abundance of caution for the health of our members and staff. We continue to serve our members' financial needs and continue to recommend the use of drive thru windows, ATM's, as well as our Online/Mobile banking channels. Our Member Contact Center team will continue to be fully staffed and ready to assist you with any questions, account inquires, transfers, loan applications and more, simply by calling 607-936-4667.
Following the State of New York guidance, First Heritage is prepared to begin opening their New York State lobbies for scheduled appointments, with the exception of our Market Street location which will remain closed at this time. We will begin this limited lobby access in our New York State offices, Wednesday, May 27, 2020. In accordance with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, our Pennsylvania offices began to accept scheduled appointments last week on May 20, 2020.
Lobby access requires an appointment. Appointments can be made for anything members feel they need extra help with, like opening an account, applying for a loan, discussing current accounts, notary services, or teller transactions requiring more than drive thru service. To schedule an appointment at any of our locations, please call 607-936-4667 and you will be transferred to the requested branch to schedule an appointment accordingly. When you arrive for your appointment, the staff member that you have an appointment with will meet you at our locked door to let you into the office. While occupying either location, all individuals will be required to complete a health screen questionnaire, wear a protective facial mask, adhere to social distancing and other Center for Disease Control and Prevention's safety guidance, as required by First Heritage.
