Enrollments must be in place and all of the following transactions and activities must post and settle to your APEX Cash or APEX Cash Back account during each Monthly Qualification Cycle:
•At least 1 direct deposit, ACH transaction or bill payment
•At least 12 check card purchases
•Be enrolled in and agree to receive e-statements

*APY = Annual Percentage Yield. In order to earn dividends at the disclosed rate for Apex Cash, or to earn cash back on point of sale transactions using your VISA Debit Card for Apex Cash Back, and be reimbursed for domestic ATM fees incurred, during each monthly qualification cycle: (a) at least one automatic clearing house (ACH) transaction must post and settle to Your Account as evidenced by Your monthly statement; and (b) at least 12 point of sale transactions using Your Visa Debit Card must post and settle to Your Account as evidenced by Your monthly statement; and (c) You must consent to receive Your periodic statements electronically. Each monthly qualification cycle will begin on the first day of the calendar month for a monthly statement cycle, and end on the last day of that same calendar month's statement cycle ("monthly qualification cycle"). Individual domestic ATM fees will be reimbursed at an amount equal to the actual fees incurred during a monthly qualification cycle (subject to a total reimbursement of $25.00 during any such monthly qualification cycle), except to the extent that ATM fees of $5.00 or more will not be reimbursed unless you present a copy of the original receipt that details the specific amount of the total charge. On the last day of each cycle (subject to Your meeting the qualifying criteria during the current qualification cycle), earned dividends and reimbursements will post to Your Account, as applicable.
