Eligibility: Open to all legal U.S. residents, who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. First Heritage Federal Credit Union employees, Board Members, Supervisory Committee Members, and their immediate family members are not eligible. Subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Winner must be in good standing with First Heritage Federal Credit Union to be eligible with no delinquencies on loans or negative balances on primary accounts. Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters in relation to the Sweepstakes. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set for herein.

How to Enter: If you are a new or existing member with a First Heritage Federal Credit Union and transfer a balance from an existing credit card at another financial institution to your First Heritage Federal Credit union VISA credit card between July 1, 2023 and September 30, 2023, you will be automatically entered for the grand prize. New Money Only.
OPT OUT: If you do not wish to receive one automatic entry by completing a balance transfer to your First Heritage credit card, you must email marketing@fhfcu.org, or mail us at Marketing Content/Do not Enter, First Heritage FCU, 202 Denison Pkwy E, Corning, NY 14830 and instruct us not to enter you.
MAIL IN METHOD: To enter without completing a balance transfer to your First Heritage credit card, hand print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address, and date of birth on a 3”x5” card and mail in an envelope with proper postage to Marketing Contest, First Heritage Federal Credit Union, 202 Denison Pkwy E, Corning, NY 14830. You will receive one entry into the grand prize drawing for each envelope you mail-in. All mail-in entries must be handwritten and must be postmarked by September 30, 2023.
Grand Prize: First Heritage will randomly select one grand prize winner from all entries received throughout the contest period. One (1) grand prize winner will receive their First Heritage Credit Card balance paid up to a maximum of $5,000. Federal, State, and Local Taxes and all other expenses not specified herein are solely the winner’s responsibility. First Heritage Federal Credit Union reserves the right to disqualify entrants who fail to follow these Official Rules or who make any misrepresentations relative to the contest and/or redemption of the Grand Prize. All decisions are final and binding. First Heritage shall not be responsible or liable for late, lost misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner. Winner must claim prize within 30 days of drawing.
Winner Selection: Drawing will be held on or before October 15th, 2023. Winners need not be present at drawing to win; winners will be contacted via phone, email, or mail within five (5) business days of the drawing date. Winners must contact First heritage Federal Credit Union, sign a publicity release, and provide/have a photo taken within (5) business days of being notified by First Heritage Federal Credit Union about winning the contest, or forfeit their winnings and a new winner will be drawn. Photos of winners’ names (first name) can be posted to social media or used in other marketing purposes following the delivery of the winnings.
No transfer, assignment, or substitution of prizes (or portion thereof) is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize becomes unavailable for any reason. First Heritage Federal Credit Union has the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or discontinue this contest at any time for any reason. Limitations of Liability: First Heritage Federal Credit Union is not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human intervention error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons property which may be caused directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuses of any prize. If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, if it is possible. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.
