Information We Collect During Web Browsing Sessions:

The only information gathered during a web browsing session is the IP address of the computer requesting to view it. We do not install cookies during while browsing our website.

 

Information We Collect During First Line Online Banking Sessions:

HTTP Protocol Information

This includes information such as referring page, browser type, operating system, and browser configuration. This information is stored in web access logs.

Click-Stream Information

This data includes information such as which page was accessed, the time of the access, IP address of the visitor, and session tracking cookies. This information is stored in web access logs.

Interactive Data

Data generated from explicit user interactions with First Line Online Banking (logs of account activity). This information is stored in our online banking vendor (NetTeller) database.

Third Party Cookies and Pop-ups

In order to access certain applications of online banking provided, by a third party, such as bill payment or online statements you will be required to accept third party cookies/allow pop-ups from those third party vendors.

Completion and Support of Current Activity

Information is used to complete the activity for which it was provided, such fulfilling stop payment requests, transferring funds between accounts, etc.
