Most deposits are made immediately. Some checks may require additional review before they are processed. If your deposit requires review and is made Monday-Friday before 3 p.m. EST, it will be reviewed by the end of the business day. If the deposit is made on Monday-Friday after 3 p.m. EST, it will be reviewed the following business day. Deposits requiring review on a weekend or holiday will also be reviewed the following business day. Checks may be held for review if the remitter’s signature overlaps the MICR line, if there are any shadows or fold lines in the MICR line or fields on the check are hard to read.

tips for a successful transaction:
1. Please endorse your check legibly with First Heritage Mobile Deposit followed by your signature on the next line.
2. When endorsing the check, start on the top line as this will allow more room to complete the required endorsement message and signature while avoiding the possibility of overlap.
