Preparing For Your Home Buying Journey

What Is a Pre-approval?
A pre-approval shows how much you'll be eligible to borrow when you decide to make an offer on a home. Your pre-approval is based on your credit score, income, assets, debts, employment history and other financial information. Although the pre-approval letter lets you know how much you can borrow, it's not a commitment to lend. This letter is good for at least 30 days and as long as 120 days if you stay in touch with your lender. After that, we would need to pull your credit again to confirm that nothing about your financial situation has changed.

Getting Pre-approved
Click on the Button Below to visit our mortgage application portal. First time applicants will create a username and password to access the portal. Please note this is not your online/mobile banking username and password. You can check the status of your application, communicate with your mortgage lender and upload any required documentation.
