First Heritage Federal Credit Union is proud to announce it has been named a 2026 Top Workplaces award winner, a distinguished honor recognizing organizations nationwide for building exceptional, people-first workplace cultures. The Top Workplaces award is especially meaningful as it is based entirely on employee feedback gathered through a confidential survey administered via Energage. There were 128 First Heritage team members who participated in the survey, providing valuable insights that directly contributed to the credit union earning this national recognition.
The Top Workplaces award celebrates organizations with 150 or more employees that have built exceptional, people-first cultures. The program has a long-standing history of surveying millions of employees nationwide and recognizing top organizations across more than 60 markets. Winners are determined solely based on authentic employee feedback gathered through a research-backed engagement survey that measures key culture drivers—such as alignment, leadership, connection, and performance—against national benchmarks. Notably, the award is earned without judges, making it a credible, data-driven recognition that reflects the true employee experience.
